Marriage couples will learn to solve problems and work together as their lives evolve and do this in a healthy manner. Working with Zena and her husband, you and your spouse will therapeutically identify areas of growth and learn to love each other in ways you may not have known were possible.

Pre-marital counseling sessions will help couples to prepare for the journey of marriage by addressing various aspects of their relationship and providing tools to enhance their communication, resolve conflicts, and build a strong foundation for their life together.

Grieving includes losing a loved one, a job, a relationship, etc. - and it requires patience with yourself. Learn to practice healthy coping skills when dealing with grief and go through the necessary processes of healing.

Bond with the women closest to you by working through tough topics and talk through sensitive experiences with a strong network of women dealing with similar struggles.
